I watched the video twice. Clearly the man was walking to his car with two cops, with both hands raised. Just as they got to the car several additional cops rushed toward the two cops and the victim.
From that point I couldn't see what was happening. Did the victim start a scuffle? Did the cops start pushing him around? I certainly couldn't tell.
I just hope the police woman isn't being sacrificed on the alter of claimed police brutality.
