Actually, to be fair, it did not appear to be a company sponsored call. More like someone that a bunch of long suffering ELGL investors turned to and he managed to spin a tale of riches to be forthcoming. He talked about a number of things in terms of assets and details of a proposed RM that interestingly have not been disclosed by the company in any way...whether true, false or widely exaggerated. (I pick the latter)
Yet he seemed to "know" these things while professing to not be working for the company...so you can see the issue with that.
He did say he talked to Grivakes who he said is the "lawyer" or perhaps representative for the company holding these "assets" which I guess would be Element Global Mining...so I guess Grivakes told him all of that...but no way to know.
The other interesting piece is that Kaiser issued the "PR" shortly after the call took place although he apparently screwed it up so they needed the correction. But there did appear to be some coordination about what was suppose to be in the PR relative to the content in the call.
