Actually avoiding scams is easy: Stick to dividend paying NYSE stocks audited by big four CPAs, HQd in the USA, priced at over $20 with moderate debt levels and with perfectly clear CPA certifications.

Eliminate stocks with inscrutable business plans, and those that always hit or beat "Street Predictions." And diversify sensibly.

Oh, and never buy anything pumped on IHUB in $$$Bold Red Letters$$$.

That's simply a fantasy. The pennyvestors simply find other scams that they blow their munny on.

Almost ALL of these 'investors' who buy pennyscams based on these ridiculous stories and crooked management will (and do) simply find OTHER pennyscams or other really BAD 'investments' like timeshares, Ponzi schemes, or partnership shares in crooked master limited partnership scams cooked up by every two-bit 'financial analyst' in every town and village in the USA and Canada.

They won't go ~OUTT and buy a no-load, low-cost mutual fund, a blue chip NYSE portfolio, or even Treasury bonds or CDs - they will (and do) simply blow the munny in some other incredibly stoopid investment scam.

That is just the simple fact.

We 'save' nobody. If you're here to save pennyvestors from wasting their munny - we'll that's a fool's errand and you'll just be kidding yourself that you're making any difference.

The reason to be here is to hit the worst of the crooks, gett them sued by the SEC and, when possible, indicted on criminal charges - and then enjoy watching them rot in prison.

Or to be here for the education and entertainment of watching the innumerable pennyscams and the M.O.s of the recidivist scammers - including the paid pumpers and the amateurs - like Tovy Pustovit (now in prison in Sheridan, OR).
