Actually the post was finished as you quoted it:
"Denied with PREJUDICE"

But the Order itself was denied WITHOUT prejudice.


I know what "without" prejudice means. So does the Judge and I suspect it is that awareness that explains some of the details of his order...almost like he is giving guidance on the subject.
