16 H 57 - Armstrong Will Keep His Yellow Jersey...
Unless Lance falls in the final 1,000m of the 19th stage, he is going to maintain his overall lead in the Tour de France. He was 10" faster than Ullrich at the 42km mark.

16 H 55 - Ullrich 3rd In Stage...
Ullrich lost a lot of time and momentum because of his fall. After 12" ahead of Millar at the 15km mark and 15" ahead at the 32.5km mark, he has finished with a 25" deficit to Millar.

16 H 54 - GPS Reading Has Ullrich Behind By 1'19" Overall...
The GPS system suggests that Ullrich has lost 14" to Armstrong in today's stage. That means Armstrong is likely to start the final stage with a lead of about 1'19".

16 H 53 - Vinokourov Home In 56'01"
Vinokourov has finished the stage in 56'01" - enough for 14th place.

16 H 52 - Zubeldia Home In 14th Place
Zubeldia has finished the stage in 14th place 2'02" behind Millar. Hamilton is now in 4th place overall after finishing 9" behind Millar.

16 H 50 - The Top Five At 42km
After Armstrong's arrival at the 42km mark, the top five is:
1. MILLAR (GBR, COF) 45'18"
2. ARMSTRONG (USA, USP) at 12"
3. HAMILTON (USA, CSC) at 21"
4. ULLRICH (GER, TBI) at 22"

The two main rivals, Armstrong and Ullrich are now far more cautious than they were at the start of the stage. Armstrong passed the 42km mark 12" behind Millar's time.

Ullrich is now 5km away from the finish of the 19th stage.

16 H 48 - Less Than 10km To Go For Lance
Lance is less than 10km away from the finish of the stage. He is now out of the saddle and pedalling through the streets of Nantes...

16 H 47 - Ullrich Now In 3rd At 42km Mark
Ullrich is now 22" behind Millar at the 3rd time check.

16 H 47 - Hamilton 9" Behind Millar At The Finish
Hamilton has finished with the 2nd best time of the day. The top five after his arrival is:

Armstrong was extremely cautious on the round-about where Ullrich fell. He virtually sat upright and coasted through the problem area on today's wet course.

16 H 45 - Armstrong Arriving At Same Round-About
Armstrong is yet to arrive at the round-about which caused by Ullrich and Peschel to fall... Ullrich is calling his team car. There could be problems with his bike after the fall.

16 H 44 - Ullrich Now Dazed And Confused...
Ullrich lost control of his bike on a round-about. He landed heavily on his right side. He then remounted and when he was riding again he was concentrating on his bike trouble and almost missed a turn.

16 H 42 - Ullrich Falls!
Jan Ullrich has fallen. He is back on his bike, but he has crashed heavily!
