That was my thought also. I had posted yesterday that it might be some sort of exchange or barter arrangement with no $$$$. Possibly a cross licensing arrangement. I guess we will wait for hopefully an 8K or need to put this together with the 10Q. A brief statement from the company to keep the shareholders informed would be nice now that we have a world wide license, assuming China is licensed. This should bring about a lot of movement towards licensing on terms that QCOM uses (and that Loophole has been advocating). Everyone on equal terms, no special deals.
