Thks to TC_Trader and Afford for the needed verification that Capita Financial Mgrs are indeed Woodford:
The incendiary device that set this all in motion:
From Sentiment (screenshot of Bloomberg Terminal) followed by TC-Trader's So something bizarre may be going on with how they are reporting their shares.: How could there then be a DRAMATIC +7.4 mln ADDITIONAL shs owned in 2qtr?? as well as a separate line account? (additional count for portion of Woodford) be counted AGAIN! When Woodford's holdings DID NOT CHANGE: NDA!
The above ramifies my disdain for institutional ownership numbers like Morningside and now Bloomberg to revert to relying SOLELY on nasdaq.com which are DIRECT from SEC Filings vs human intervention error issues such as above that causes DISTORTIONS.
I've used nasdaq.com since the advent of the internet for all SEC filings.
Will be disinclined to deal with doing monthly extrapolations from those of the Woodford complex as any change will be reported via SEC 13D filings to avoid extrapolation, computational errors.
Fortunately the Capita Financial Mgrs episode was short lived and inconsequential.
