There is no phony suppression of PPS. Without a favorable court ruling the PPS is IMO high. Daily trading and PPS are meaningless absent a court ruling.
The GSEs are simply a gamble could be a big payoff or worthless shares. I am hoping the law will prevail, but pessimistic at the same time.
