There's an older bond that can more or less be verified. But it had nothing to do with the tailings. What we have right now is this:

The bond that is actually contracted for subscription by the attorneys who own and run and represent this company is legitimate. The bond represented by the two guys in Atlanta is NOT. They are a couple of freelancers trying to get a bogus bond subscribed to either to defraud the potential investor or in the hopes that they can get it fully subscribed and go to the company looking for a commission.
