The bond represented by the two guys in Atlanta is NOT. They are a couple of freelancers trying to get a bogus bond subscribed to either to defraud the potential investor or in the hopes that they can get it fully subscribed and go to the company looking for a commission.
And nobody's thought to report them to the authorities? Not doing so could have consequences.
