I tend to agree with you. The MMA audition tour for Never Submit across different cities is going to generate a ton of press in the mainstream media and in MMA circles. I think this movie could generate some significant revenue from corp. advertising and product placement. The next 60 days are going to be very interesting and a 5-10 bagger from these levels isnt out of the question.

This was posted on the Brokers restriction board. I will be working up an email to send to every contact on the page tomorrow. Boy if James was to send out an email to these contacts and get picked up for a story by one what great press IPRE would get!

Florida,

I do think that some of the positive announcements AND the fact that
there can be no dilution and that we did not go forward with the RS
has a positive effect on the stock that even this action can not keep
down BUT there is no doubt that the restrictions had a real and
visible effect on the stock. Prior to the RS the stock was 0.050 and
when we announced the cancellation of the RS the stock was 0.025 going
north FAST. Now it is around 0.012. And the volume has a similar
arch. Look at the chart, it tells everything. This restriction
killed a MASSIVE run (which was probably the idea). I believe if it
hadn't happened the stock would be at 0.040 or more right now.. and
the release of SIIR finished and the NS leak might have sent it even
further north.

FYI Banana is wrong, people got burned on our stock when the REG D was
happening, but as soon as the stock went up %2000 all was forgiven.
Then when we did the RS people were pissed again. If the restrictions
hadn't gone in, this stock would have flew. Just look at the volume
numbers that week and where they are after the restrictions. The
effect is very visible.

The fact is that the restrictions demoralize investors and for those
who don't trade online, they just think that nothing is affecting the
stock in a positive way. They don't have any clue that it is because
of the restrictions. Uncertainty is a big problem for stocks. Also,
if people cant trade our stock online, some traders will just move on
to another stock as they don't want to bother picking up the phone.
There is absolutely no doubt that this action manipulates the stock
and effects it in a profound way.

All the best,

James
