The market HATES uncertainty, simple as that. The stock was rising
very very fast after the announcing that we were not going forward
with the RS. The stock was returning to the numbers it was PRIOR to
us announcing the RS. These restrictions have an unnatural effect on
the stock. The market is not allowed to play out naturally and the
market is unable to find its own level on this stock because it is
being manipulated.

Well lets hope the restriction ends this week and we can start moving up! I will be doing several things in the mean time, writing a letter explaining this the best I can to all the news agencies listed in a previous post. I may even attach a copy of my letter and the news agencies it was sent to in my emails to AT and ET. I believe if they started recieving this from many it could have an effect. I will continue to write both AT and ET about their restriction even if they no longer want to hear from me. I will also be taking up AT on going over a large list of stocks to see if there are ones they can protect me from. I believe the more focused we can become as a group the more effect if any we can have. I have heard some great ideas and would love to hear what others are doing to try to bring this to an end.

Florida.... Just to clear up some fact's you'd put in the the last post.... Prior to the R/S announcement IPRE was trading at around .0021 - .0027, not .05. The highest it got before the R/S announcement was .0051, but quickly dropped back into the .0030's and then dropped into the .0020's until the announcement.

Now that I've re-read your post, I'm guessing you simply left off one zero...lol

This will all be over soon and when it is and distribution interest comes in after the first two film festivals, well I'm thinking we should be over .01 without to much trouble.
