Company or CEO has no reason to sell shares. There's no convertible debt so there's no one outside of the company looking to sell shares. Therefore there's no reason to drum up buying interest. PPMT is in a very unspectacular line of business. Management has done an excellent job of keeping costs down while increasing revenues. It's very similar to ASNB which I held for years (still have some). On that one last year results became so good that it had to be bought. Will happen here too. Patience required
