There must be a disconnect between what you know and what you think you know. Salaries for the Vice President of a biotech with the IP owned by NWBO should be much more than $400K. The state of the PPS has nothing to do with compensation as it varies.
Juno, who has a much larger corporate structure in place, no revenues, and only possible future profits as well, pays much more. So before you claim I'm "ignorant" look in the mirror:
Name/Title Total Cash Equity Other Total Compensation Hans E. Bishop President, Chief Executive Officer and Director $850,000 $4,449,326 $0 $5,299,326 Mark W. Frohlich M.D. Executive Vice President, Portfolio Strategy $560,000 $1,604,890 $0 $2,164,890 Steven D. Harr M.D. Chief Financial Officer and Head of Corporate Development $720,000 $2,701,300 $0 $3,421,300 Robert Azelby Executive Vice President, Chief Commercial Officer $896,834 $8,609,646 $406,108 $9,912,588 Hyam Levitsky M.D. Executive Vice President, Research and Chief Scientific Officer $831,282 $13,267,750 $43,460 $14,142,492
As far as ignorant statements go, this one ranks right up there near the top. There's no one that would take a $400k annual salary to be the IR for a penny stock? What planet are you from again?
Do you think that Les Goldman was hired with the title of "Vice President" and all he has to do is IR? If that were the case it would be called 'fraud' and Goldman and whoever hired him could go to jail. This is a real company with a BoD - you should check who is on the board here before you equate this company with a penny stock fraud.
