IMO my experiences have shown with stinky pinkies this is a crystal clear sign of company dilution..
But getting to many nasty pm's so I'll put on my rose colored glasses:
Omg, a T trade what s bullish sign, mms out of shares so will need to run this to 5 cents so they can load their inventories.
Also the ramped dilution is also a huge buy signal, just the company getting necessary capital to fund their exceptional business plan...
Additionally, theses toxic loan shark CD loans are way better than traditional financing as it just costs shares and not real money, when the pps reaches a dollar it will take very few shares to pay all CDs off, plus we will be on Nasdaq in a month or two so we will all be rich!!!
