I agree. Do you think Kim would signal aa JV by getting production started, then make a JV announcement, or does he announce a JV and fill in the production questions after? What would you do?

I would announce the JV and give Vietnam time to get moving. I think Kim would go the methodical "tell it as it happens" route.
