i have to believe the co. is in a situaton of a merger or a buy out. I dont believe they are legally allowed to speak about proceedings on eitheer of those issues

Note: audits/ fillings normally takes 3-5 months..WM time is not unusual at all.

They are bihind on 3 filings now and are no longer a reporting company. You think that is not unusual?

Wait one minute. 10k, for year end, is due march 31. 3 months. Q's are due within 45 days of end of quarter. Now how long was that again. I agree that WM is being late is inline with some OTC's. But look at those companies. Trash. Being almost 12 weeks late really is a big deal. On the other front, if there was any news like you talk about, WM would certainly let that be known. Look, they have a history was putting fluff PR's. Anything that makes the company look like progress is being made. No word anywhere in months. Not a good sign.

Cueva you hit the nail right on it's head. WM silence is golden. This quiet period is like you say, negotiations for buyout/merger/ funding/ distribution agreement with a larger company.
We just have to wait. Nice post Cueva.
