Pure speculation but a possible reason for this 'quiet period' may be they are in negotiations for buyout/merger/ funding/ distribution agreement with a larger company. We know that countries are demanding motorcycle taxi meters from news reports around the world, so this is not far fetched. WM appears to be in the drivers seat...we'll have to wait for filings to find out.

Note: audits/ fillings normally takes 3-5 months..WM time is not unusual at all.
