And yes, the permit would be issued to the operator/owner of the operation, not the consultant or contractor (usually). So, I don't expect any permits to be issued to Cardinal Resources. They'd be issued to Vast Mountains Development, most likely. There are exceptions. Sometimes a piece of equipment that is not considered permanent might have a permit issued to the owner of the equipment (not the property owner).
KJ mentioned that the Redbird would be installed Q3 - which we are now in. The permit most likely to be required is the Aquifer Protection Permit (APP). They would need to submit a Determination of Applicability (a pre-application form) along with a check for $2K. This initial step would show up in the permit status database. I don't see anything.
