Thanks 4Our. I'm going to send your list over to my broker for look-see. The static share price is the greatest indicator to me that it's time for Holmes to wake Watson and look into this.
So let's say we have 300M shares OS, 100M owned by entity, and 2nd entity that wants to buy remaining 200M AS. They would have 40%, the other entity 25% and the remaining 35% in retail and other hands. No certainty for owning majority for party wanting to buy 200M.
However after a 5 to 1 RS they could buy 251M shares and own 51% of shares and be guaranteed majority.
