100% sure PPHM will request the 6 months extension period to avoid a reverse split. They CANNOT do it without consulting share-holders and they just disclosed they will do that during the annual in October, hence at a moment were they already had to file for extension. So the 'no-extension' surprise sudden reverse split theories can also be put to bed.
