Thanks, True -

I can't remember the number I called the one time I called RSPG, but Mr. Goldstein told me to use the Van Nuys number instead of the Beverly Hills number. I could be incorrect. He gave me his cell number, but I consider that an emergency last-resort to dial.

The Cameroon and Togo LOI pr's are posted on Yahoo (Google: rspg pk yahoo), but thanks for the other sources, we can read and compare.

RSPG has recent written requests on behalf of this board for the status of the African LOI's. I verbally was assured by Mr. Goldstein last week that these LOI's are still in the mill (my words), but that he could not give me additional information (because I said that whatever he said, I would post here).

The specifics of the Hereford water plant contract are detailed in the SEC filing. Note that the Lessor of the water plant is T & E Consolidators of Beverly Hills, California (Google: T & E Consolidators Beverly Hills).

I am pretty sure that the specifics of the Harley contract would be proprietary. (Note that Data Commodities is not mentioned in the pr. That is a very interesting blip.)

Utah Carl,

I called the number for Data Commodities in Nevada this morning and Philip Restifo himself answered the phone. After pleasantries I asked him if the deal was stll on with RSPG to supply water to Clark County schools. After a slight hesitation, he said he couldn't answer the question and referred me to the PR firm. I asked if he was sure that he couldn't tell me and he said the same thing, call the PR firm. I asked if he had a number and he told me to see the RSPG site.

He was pretty brusque the second time I asked so I didn't ask if he is in on the Harley Davidson deal. I'd guess not.

Speaking of the Harley Davidson deal, wouldn't you think that the deal isn't a money maker since the water is coming in from 500 miles away for one restaurant location only? Perhaps the plan is to get their foot in the door of the huge Las Vegas water market and then snap up other restaurants, hotels and casinos.

Have you heard anything further on the Togo, Cameroon, Crystal Splash or Clark County school deals?

Thanks for all the timely and informative postings.
