Thanks, True.
Questions about Crystal Splash, Data Commodities, the African LOI's and whatever else I don't recall right now were discussed during the verbal conversation with Mr. Goldstein.
ChunkyMonkey's eagle eye confirmed that Crystal Splash is a viable company, licensed to provide their products to all school districts in California.
I believe (guess) their plan is to expand eastward across the country, after they have found distributors, then use the Hereford water plant as a source when it is geographically/economically feasible.
In writing (to Mr. Hazan and Mr. Goldstein), followed up verbally (to Mr. Goldstein), I asked a question about Data Commodities' reported contract with Clark County. (RSPG does not have a contract with Clark County.) I have to be careful what I post regarding this, but I was told there is a minor issue that's being addressed. I don't mean to be cryptic, but I don't want to write something that I could be sued for. I am personally allotting next week for a resolution. I plan to send letters (email attachments) to Mr. Hazan and Mr. Goldstein tomorrow, but of course anyone can do the same or call either or both of them.
I agree with Free regarding Harley. Las Vegas is a beautifully fertile market for RSPG. They have existing connections and prospects, including national chain restaurants (Hooters, for instance), etc. and a tremendously huge convention market. The same is true for Los Angeles. I am trying to volunteer leads regarding the mid-section of the country. RSPG is open to suggestions and leads from anyone, I'm sure.
Thanks again, True.
