Most folks around d here are in deep red on positions that are too large to even liquidate given lack of volume. That plus RS coming. Where are they going To go? IMO.

If you have the time can you please speak your thoughts on the Reverse Split only as it relates to $TPIV's current situation (current state of Pipeline, Major Investor's impact on "us", leaving OTC and getting on NasDaq with short/long term effects, current $TPIV paid staff - Glynn & John and whomever else they might have and if they alone can carry the load to get what it takes to be done without timelines expiring (patents, etc.), and your take on who the new investors will be on Nasdaq (regular investors, corporations, big pharma partnerships, etc.)?

Can you please list all the pros and cons of each as you see them?

I realize that this might be time consuming but if you enjoy it and have the time it would be greatly appreciated.
