lol when the SEC files an action they have all their ducks in a row, And GDSI is also named as a defendant in this action, If you read the complaint the SEC is asking for a Penalty fine from GDSI as well as disgorgement.

The SEC will determine what ill gotten gains the company recieved, as I have no Idea how that works but I do know in the Future much more detailed information will come out than what is revealed in the SEC complaint todsy
