Wayne, Judge Sullivan's chambers told me the case was closed. In addition, if you go on PACER it says the case status is closed. If you look at docket 117, dated May 18, 2016, you'll see that LBHI filed a stipulation of dismissal with prejudice. This means they voluntarily closed the case (since it was settled) and gave up their right to ever litigate it again. See here for info on stipulation with prejudice:
I see that Camaro has already posted Judge Sullivan's contact info. Absolutely call them, but would you mind giving me just another day or two to see if I can reach Claire? She is the law clerk who handled the case. I didn't get the name of the guy I spoke to, but it's Claire I really want to talk to. This isn't the first time I've called a judge's chambers and my experience is they really don't like talking to the public about cases. The guy I spoke with was a bit reticent. I'd just as soon not overwhelm them with more calls before I've had a chance to speak to Claire.
