Are you sure the case is closed? I could not find anything that states that its dismissed and and signed off and subsequently closed as you claim. No big deal to me as I am in the NOL camp and this would have been gravy. Shouldnt there be a pacer filing? Anyone?

Can you provide the number you called and the person you spoke to so i can be the confirmation just to put this to rest? What you did is good but still words. I will call and confirm your words to put the intervention to rest if indeed that is the case. Thanks.
