Thanks for posting that link, your right the Apple Emblem looks different, It Could very well be LMT's new Partner Eontec that is Supplying Apple the BMG Emblems, as was shown by Joshuaeyu's post and Picture. Thanks to Gamesc for the Patent link. http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=123534080 Apart from that you can be sure that the oscillating springs for the Haptic/Taptic/3D touch (or whatever is the new marketing name) are made from BMG, also the speaker Grills and Flexible Force Touch/Home Button sensors are made from BMG. But Apple won't call them LiquidMetal.
The case does not have the mirror finish of the Emblem, it could be Aluminium again, maybe with restricted crystallisation just to Rub it in LMT's face.
But we can't complain about Apple, they have paid for and defend the CIP Patent portfolio for LMT, the very CIP that Li is giving $63m and Eontec IP for partial use with several restrictions. Its great having Apple as LMT's R&D Partner and IP defender. Thanks too Apple for saving and Empowering LMT for us investors.
