It sounds to me, if YOU write ("we should be prepared for a RS") - that its a foregone or the likelihood is rather high!
To split the other assets is just reasonable - BUT why should we believe, that after a SECOND RS, they would react in another way?? (further dilution, no communication....).
Never seen a Company, there a RS worked out positive for the SP!
