Wernaaa, that is your interpretation. Some people are prepared and others are not. I prefere to be prepared for nothing rather that seeing a reverse split happen and not be prepared.
A reverse split is no problem if we make SURE it happens in a common stock TOTAL NEUTRAL way as the law prescribes.
