Distributable cash depends upon cash flow which, in turn, is affected by renewables policy (RINs), crack spread and numerous other items affecting the way we drive. The price of oil is most definitely NOT the final arbiter despite protestations to the contrary in the media.
My hunch is that the numbers will remain fairly close to what we're seeing of late. However, this too, shall pass and we will once again find ourselves unduly enriched in comparison to many others. It may take the next several quarters but I'm not convinced there's a better way to slice the cake of happy outcomes. So I'm sticking.
