Is it easy to convince your management team to take paycuts after being used to a standard of living? Unfortunately Amedica is not a startup so it can be harder to get people to take cuts. I'm not disagreeing with you though and it would definitely help cull fears that this is a scam company that prints shares to pay salaries and debt.
