#5640 RE: boston745 #5639

I would not have invested if I felt they were in the business of printing shares or a scam operation. Dr. Bal has shown a very conservative approach to raising funds, dilution at minimal levels required, and overall debt reduction. Dilution occurred because it was needed for convenants which pre-date most (if not all) of Amedica's senior leadership. It was not to pay salaries and bonuses. I get that, and give them credit where credit is due.

With regard to salaries, pay cuts, clinical strategies and communication with the FDA, I give them a D+ and that's being gracious. Now I ask you, where has the board been through this? Amedica's tech has the potential to capture astronomical market share along with future revenue streams. Therefore what they need is a heavy hitting activist investor who seeks a couple board seats, ultimately forcing the board to preform their much needed and absent fiduciary responsibilities.
