Also lest we forget, the LOCH bunch will still be major shareholders of CDEX, unless the SEC makes them disgorge.------
IMO, the SEC will see to it that the boys will have nothing at all in CDEX. Part of any settlement agreement with the boys to the SEC will probably offer some loch and some CDEX shares but again, IMO, the SEC will have none of that and will want it all.
Its pretty clear to me the boys should not be allowed to gain one nickle of profits of CDEX, if that happens, after the loch saga. I dont think the SEC has let us down as of yet. I think that over the last several months, there has been several conversations with lochs SEC attorneys and the SEC trying to reach some sort of settlement. IMO, it all hinges on the progress of CDEX and they doing what they said they were going to do.
