Alright, my bad. I misread the info. The second generation cartridge is about $75 not $750. But, the example was given of 10 officers firing the Taser would be $750 a pop. Then multiply that times any number of officers, times any number of necessary firings in the training. That adds up to significant dollars, all which would be saved by the simulator training. So, the advantage still huge.
