Let the fines run up, play with the real estate if they can (IMO, nott likely - having dealt with the bizzaro world of the French legal system, I'd be surprised if they honor an American receiver claiming to have legal standing in France to effect a sale of French property - Eade can contest that in French courts for many years but he'll have to pay a French legal cabinet - French lawyers - to represent him in France), and start the bar discipline process rolling.
If iHub and you don't get satisfaction of the judgement in a year or so, then move for incarceration for contempt - and the per diem will still be running while he sits in jail for contempt if he ever comes back to the USA AND the bench warrant will prevent him from renewing his passport or doing any business with any US embassy or consulate - as they will seize his passport as explained previously.
