Have you ever wondered why he can't get a quorum? He has no clue how to advance shareholder trust unless you call the underhanded way he forced Kelly to resign. Maybe it was the 100/1 R/S he proposed 4 years ago. Or the dropping to the pinksheets. I don't think he has any idea what creating shareholder value is. Oh, the stock price has climbed substantially since Ferris has been in charge.
Frankly, if Kelly Jones was still in charge, I am betting there would be another digit left of the decimal at this point.
As has been stated in the past, this is his own little hobby or fiefdom. I am supposed to suddenly trust him after all the wonderful things he has proposed in the past? I don't trust him one bit. All my opinion.
