To be honest, I really do not like Peter. I think he has done a horrible job with GEAR and his track speaks for itself. Plus, as far as I'm concerned, he doesn't care about anybody but himself. If he continues on this path, I'm going to make sure he pays.

I'm already inquiring to the sec about an issue, so they had better get a filing done with the sec soon saying the merger is complete. Or who knows what will happen.
