yes , you might be right, but not necessarily imo, and in final count this is not that important .
As I said in the past , even 350 mill OS will not be tragic for this HIV treatment , this is not another cholesterol drug , we just need few months to go through growing pains . all imo of course.
I just hope for the same good results in patients !!!!!

The company needs to take action now to avoid this. Another offering at this level would be absurd. They have a few months to make it happen before they run out of money but the clock is ticking. Personally I dont care what the share price does in the short term but I DO CARE about the price at which we raise cash.

Again, this is why I am voting not to increase AS or to extend the RS without an explanation from management outlining a new course of action. In my opinion we need to uplist or we risk continuing to waste the PR of our achievements and developments.

In the last conf. call they said they have roughly $10mil currently and that it is not enough to finish the trials but is enough to hold them for a while. I don't think they plan on raising more capitol at this stock price anytime soon. The trial costs would seem to increase as they get into the p3 mono trial where they need to pay for a longer term 300 patient trial. that isn't until some point in 2017. The other trials are much cheaper. My impression is that they are going to raise the capitol they need as the stock price is at a higher level. On the other hand, they have no control of the stock price and do have to pay for the trials no matter what.

As I have been trying to say for awhile: cydy will have its day, but there is still plenty of time to make money other places and then buy more cydy when things actually have end dates attached to them. Applying for orphan status.... Who cares... Getting orphan status is what matters..... Starting phase 3 trials..... Who cares... When will they finish is what matters. And so on....
