I agree. I am thinking they will need to raise more cash by the end of the year but it could be later depending on how the trial costs are structured. At any rate if they are going to perform an offering I think they will put it off as long as possible. Also there are other options that could be considered besides selling stock. But at this point in time I would prefer an offering, it just needs to be at a reasonable price.
