I did not confirm anything. I merely stated what was said in the conference call. Only insiders could possible know if revenue actually comes or not. At this point they are not willing to PR because they do not want to have to retract the PR. That to me says there is uncertainty if the deal will actually transpire. Yes they claim to have a signed contract but that contract has an opt out clause as all SLA's do.

TPAC..Yes That CC Was Very Definitive about $2.5 Mil Q4...No Question about It...Guess We Just Need to Wait for Q 4 to See the Filing's...Heard That's Better Than a PR...I'll Add Those comments to My DD as Well...I Really Enjoy a Good Board Discussion about TPAC...So Does My Bank Account...TPAC...imo = $$$$$$$
