Well, I based my low estimate of .15 on the number they gave post the 400K or so charge last Q. Also, I think there has been a tendency for numbers to improve from the 2nd to 3rd quarter which I thought might give it a boost independent of Periscope. I guess I'm counting on an uptick from Rob Group on that perhaps pushing it to .20. Of course, there could also be new charges, but these would presumably be noted in a PR. So, it's a crude analysis and you never really know.
Overall, my take is that things are a bit different now that volume has soared and hopefully it won't be controlled by the "PE of 10" crowd going forward. Maybe it's wishful thinking, but I wonder if some people know more about Periscope than the rest of us. Back when Rob was acquired, we were all in the dark for several months when someone was buying.
