So you know how much they spent on the acquisitions, right. & the believe they have had a $60m revenue from them. I'm guessing the acquisitions came with products. Overhead on revs would be manpower I think. Minus the purchase prime, I'd say a good portion of that $60m is profit. So .10-.12 eps seem awful Low.
