First off the quarterly earnings that will be coming in August are from the quarter ending in May. They will not even show all the retail store sales and the sales in Target stores and other stores. That is going to happen in the next quarter. However you are correct that we have many catalysts that can easily take SFOR to pennies and silver coins in the next 2 months. There is NO DILUTION AND NO RS AHEAD! Now we could also get huge lawsuit settlements that could take the PPS up overnight or a buyout. Bottom line I am here for the big $$$ ahead. Many forget SFOR could get a buyout offer or a complete buyout of the company at anytime going forward! The patents are worth a lot as we saw in a single lawsuit settlement with Microsoft. Kay wants a buyout he stated it in a interview about 1 year ago and in a recent email. We could wake up anytime any day ahead to a nice SFOR PPS on a buyout! Especially now that we won against Microsoft. The Microsoft settlement was almost 10 million dollars! That lawsuit was small compared to the bigger ones coming ahead. We have already filed against 3 more companies but even bigger lawsuits will be filed ahead against bigger companies! It would be cheaper for a company to buy or make a buyout offer for SFOR for lets say .05 to .25 per share rather than payout a huge lawsuit settlement and that would be conservative, also even more if they want the patents. When SFOR takes off big time again some of us who have done our DD and have held since April or longer should make HUGE $$$. Meanwhile real investors who move into SFOR can get a huge chunk of the float locked down for pennies and large silver coins above with GTC sell orders. I hope players get left in the dust chasing and we see .005 to .01 in a flash then begin moving in pennies then silver coins just ahead. Heck it would only cost about 22 million dollars to buyout SFOR at .01. That is nothing! JMO
