Not really that much of a history. Looks like 2007 actual stocks history. Maybe the co was inc'ed in Africa at that time. You see that sometimes on US state SOS filings but the stock is far more recent.
Its actually at a spot it might go up. It traded as high as .05 with its highest vol years ago 2011 area. But now it seem like they are going for higher goals.
Im not sure about big board NASDAQ. maybe they meant OTCQX
