Lol...Backfired?.....lol...The short term trading of the shareprice might have been affected but the company still needs to implement it's plan before any of this becomes a reality....I'm in no hurry..I'd rather see them execute their plan than accommodate a few day traders..Jmho

The SEC frowns upon companies disclosing non-public information to anyone outside of the company.

Hartcourts afraid their competitors are monitoring this board for sure fire ideas, so, who says the SEC ain't watching too?
