that projection is 90 million. Not bad for a very high tech entertainment company that knows how to make a jet hover platform safer than a helicopter and later a plane. They must be doing fairly well and are very eager to get an influx of contract money to continue their crazy good designs.

ok, I get it. But have a diff take still:

For $15m they are willing in a sense to give up 40% of their ownership to the ISC shareholders, and become new ISC shareholders themselves. But we aren't giving them $20m in working capital. It stays with ISC, so it should be valued at 15/.40 + $20 = $57.5m
