Living in the past never does anyone any good, same goes here for NHMD. Deals fall through, it said he reached an agreement, not signed an agreement, two very different things. No letters of intent either. Sounds like that was all verbal and fell through...all in my opinion.

However, Nate has moved on to bigger and better deals. Shareholders have moved on as well. Dwelling on 2014 will not change the fact that Nate is producing and selling product, reducing debt and gearing up for a MASSIVE private label deal.


OH and by the way....NHMD +17% today ;)

They probably did 'reach an agreement'.
And it also said by 2018.

So you'll just have to hang in there a little longer to see it all come to a head.



However, I think we will hear something on that in the next 30days, if not before.

Then production going full steam roughly '120 days after'.

My speculation, the China deal was originally going to be taken in house.

The need for mass production and time to build supply. All money and effort going into ABCO.

Then in comes some Private 3rd party Manufacturer that gave NHMD a better deal. Nate's good relationship with Giants like ConAgra paying dividends to share holders.

ABCO is taken the stall to complete the Phase 3 certificate Audit.
Kroger stalls on the new smaller can and lower cost.
Toxic notes become due.
The entire process stops to rid NHMD of an apparent drive to No BID.

The bleeding has stopped and paid in full.
NHMD is back moving forward.
Expect sales updates after this coming Friday. It could come any time after that.
