My speculation, the China deal was originally going to be taken in house.

The need for mass production and time to build supply. All money and effort going into ABCO.

Then in comes some Private 3rd party Manufacturer that gave NHMD a better deal. Nate's good relationship with Giants like ConAgra paying dividends to share holders.

ABCO is taken the stall to complete the Phase 3 certificate Audit.
Kroger stalls on the new smaller can and lower cost.
Toxic notes become due.
The entire process stops to rid NHMD of an apparent drive to No BID.

The bleeding has stopped and paid in full.
NHMD is back moving forward.
