I imagine due to ongoing items related to the two companies that were tightly sewn into deals with SUNE having a whole bunch of issues, the judge is waiting for those issues to settle and then allow other issues to slowly unfold. Remember, SUNE has only been in Chapter 11 for less than three months! Imo before we hit 2017 a lot will be known about all the characters in this ongoing saga! SUNEq!!!$$$ Gltu
